White Supremacy in the Comments

 by Jeremy

We at this blog complain often about the organized threats of racism, anti-Semitism, fascism, and religious fundamentalism and the fact that Islamists and/or pan-Arab fascist groups are waging a bloody war to restore the world to their own conception of a pre-enlightenment hell on earth.

In so doing I have too often neglected the White Christian fascists and died-in-the wool Nazis here in the States who have a vision for the world that is quite similar (though different in color).

My recent post mentioning some of the milder views of David Duke inspired a comment from an evidently pro-Nazi white-washer who has been stocking the blogs with such civil comments as she presumably hopes will help clean up the old Nazi image. See the comments in the post below for that.

Anti-Israel hatred as expressed on the Western Left and on the extreme Right throughout the world has been accepted as valid political conviction (and I'm not referring to strong denunciation of Israeli policy). What I think these particular Nazis are trying to do is to join the dialog as though they were a sober, analytical voice in the hope that they can coax mainstream people across the river, one rhetorical stone at a time, to their side. They've seen Leftist apologists for Islamo-fascism do this with much success and they think they can do the same for themselves (and you'll see below how much they admire George Galloway.)

I approved the comment but obscured the link to the White supremacist hate site nationalvanguard[dotorg]. I do encourage you to read it, though, if you have the stomach for that kind of racist garbage, but I don't want to add even my one micro-measly bit of Google page rank to their campaign for 'legitimacy.'

The good news in all this is that the gap between reason and Nazism seems still to be separated not so much by a river as by the fucking Grand Canyon. Are you a once-principled critic of Israeli policy who has stepped out onto the ledge of anti-Israeli venom? Fine. Go ahead and take that next step and see where it leads you. A random example follows -- it's what happens to be the latest post on the nationalvanguard blog (permalink www.nationalvanguard[dot]org/printer.php?id=7092):

Holocaust state-enforced religion

You've seen the films. You've read the books. You've taken the courses. You've heard the news. Soon, your children will be visiting the museums. Everybody knows it's true.

Recalcitrant non-believers are now being rounded up.

Galloway confirms the obvious: Jews own/control the media

Anti-Israel politician George Galloway came under fire yet again this week after he told an Arab television interviewer that Zionists control the media.

The Bethnal Green and Bow MP’s latest comments came after he was introduced as “a former member of the British Houses of Parliament” during a live interview with Qatari Al-Jazeera television.

He responded: “I am still a member of parliament and was re-elected five times. On the last occasion I was re-elected despite all the efforts made by the British government, the Zionist movement and the newspapers and news media which are controlled by Zionism.”

I HATE Nazis. Well not the US type cartoon-Nazis. They are simply laughable, and contemptable. What they really are is stupid bigots with delusions of grandeur. I mean the real ones.

See I always thought that Nazism was a particularly aberrent offshoot of Fascism. The anti-Semitism was and is a vile add-on to a theory that fundamentally worshipped at the alter or Power and Will. Wouldn't you think that like Scarface , the object would be to 'get the Power?'

I think we can probably be grateful that the modern 'fascists' are still consumed by this irrational, malignant, hatred of Jews. If on the other hand they concentrated on the acquisition of Power, they would concentrate their fire on more politically useful targets. Why would any Fascist make common cause with any Arabs, especially with the 'religious' groupings?

These groups represent a 'non-secular'(ie non State) alternative to the Will of the People as expressed in the Leader. They should be the last people in the world that a Real Fascist would find attractive.

I have never understood the linkage between Nazis and Islamists. It's like the Stalin-Hitler Axis of Evil. Fundamentally unsound and impractical, but somehow considered useful.

I just don't get the Anti-Semetism Don't Get it. At the very most cynical, it is contra-productive unless all you want is to run around having people avoid you while ranting on about the JOOS. These people are both clueless and deranged.

I guess we can be grateful for that in a way. They marginalise themselves. It could be worse.

Jeremy,

I made my comment about prefering Jewish supremacists over white supremacists in the context of Mr Duke's assertion that Jewish supremacists are currently controlling U.S. policy in the Middle East. In his interview, Mr Duke gave out a list of names as if to support the assertion of a Jewish cabal and then ended the segment by saying, "Bush is not a very smart man, and he is totally under the thumb of the Jewish supremacists."

I totally reject the thesis, but thought if that is the way the game is to be played, then so be it. In that case, I cast my lot with the so-called Jewish supremacists: Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Daniel Feith, Mr. Wurmsur, Elliot Abrams, and whomever else had a hand in overturning Saddam's tyranny in Iraq.

Counter to the other commenter's assertion that the Jewish supremacists care only about "Jews in their Jewish state", the Jewish supremacists in Washington have been doing much more than working only to "defend their heritage and freedom in their own homeland." If we are to take him at all seriously--not an easy thing for me--Mr Duke's own argument would have it that the Jewish supremacists have been working to extend those considerations to the Iraqis as well.

Palestinian militant action is based in LIBERATING palestine and quashing the LIE of israel!!
